All the information about schools, programs, major attractions and processes will be provided after your application approval.

What is the estimated budget for the trip?

Our packages fees include all cost of meals, hotels and local transportation. For any other spending participants will be responsible, we suggest a minimum estimated budget of $200.

Will I need a visa?

All participants will be provided with a letter confirming the participation in our Campus Visits packages. Visit the Canadian embassy website in the country you are located to learn the visa processes.

Will my chances of being admitted to the chosen school be increased by participating in Campus Visits?

Being involved in a Campus Visit will show admissions officers a real interest from the student in enrolling in their School. Not only will participants have a better understanding of the admission process from each School but also Canada Campus Visits will assist you with a quality learning experience.

What happens if there is a medical emergency?

In the event of a medical emergency, our Campus Visits leaders will call 911 and contact student’s emergency contact numbers provided in your application. Applicants will be contacted in advance to clarify if they have any medical conditions and should carry their own medical insurance.

How can I contact my family during the trip?

We will provide the Campus Visits leaders’ phone numbers in case participants want to be contacted, if we are unable to attend the call you can always leave a voicemail or email us.

Participants are also welcome to bring their own cell phones, however we recommend verifying charges for roaming or international plans. There are also prepaid SIM cards that can be purchased at any mobile store and at the same time Wi-Fi will be available at most of the places visited during the trip (accommodation, restaurants, schools, etc).
